Couple of pictures I found on my phone.

Will get some pictures of the finished exterior this week. I have my stairs,stove and plasterboard for the room upstairs hopefully get it all done this winter. Took quit a while to get to this stage with a 2 year old and a 3 month old baby. The joys of fatherhood.

Inside nearly the way I want it. Stairs going in soon and stove.

Got the front cladded. Been a lot of rain here and gets dark at 6 so no got much done. Have bought some cheap tool boxes to build into work bench. Something to do at night when it's dark.

I have a wood stove for downstairs with back boiler to heat some radiators upstairs.

Went with timber frame as I could build it myself save some money. Plus prefer the look of wooden finish. Will be building a hillclimb/sprint car when it's done. It's 11mtrs x 6.5mtrs

Planning said I had to have 45 degree pitch for snow get quite a lot here in winter. Wanted a big attic for store and man cave anyway. Have got a layout planned out in my head but will have to get it down on paper. Won't be doing much inside till council come give me completion certificate.

Only single phase would cost a fortune to get 3 phase in.

Took last week off work and got the roof sheets on and felted. Ready for electrician to come give me power. Going to start cladding this weekend. Going for board and batten.

Got local company to build trusses for me.

Built kit myself with a little hand from joiner friend.
