As luck would have it one of my clients has the exact building I like. It’s 50x120 mono slope it looks to be 23’ in front and 18’ in back. I got a tour of it and it’s really nice.

    50’x120’ steel span structure.

I have hard numbers, they seem a little high. I’m ditching the floor drains and the sand oil separator and asking him to re do the numbers without those items. I’m not planning on having a lot of wet dripping vehicles in the space. I may keep the floor drains but no sand oil separator.

Is it worth building now? Construction materials cost.

I don’t see a recession happening in the near future at all. Especially with the economic stimulus package for COVID. Also people are ready to work and have been for a while.

HF US General Boxes, Are They Worth It?

I have the three drawer service cart. I turned it into a mobile welding table. I beat the hell out of it and fabricate on the open and close top. It’s tough. I had to laugh when I said fabricate it made me think of all the fabricator memes lol.

    Fitzee's Fabrications

Fitzees is the best. He gives real world problem solving and advice. Mostly just using grinders, hand tools etc. Who are we to judge how he handles PPE? In fact I’ve seen a segment he did on angle grinders pointing out using the guard, and proper holding of the grinder. I don’t give a poop if...
