Below 265 SQ/FT Tiny Motorcycle Garage and WFH space

These are my favorite builds as I need ideas and motivation to figure out my undersized garage space (about 15' x 11' internal dimensions). It was already mentioned but mounting the bicycles on the ceiling is very helpful. Lots of ready made mounts or you can fabricate your own but its great to...

You ride a CBR, I ride a CBR. You also own the same Woodcraft stands as I do. We should be best friends.

Car carpet musty smell after sunroof drain leaks and paint spill.

An ozone generator is great for killing the mold spores and gets rid of smells. Lots of pro detailers use them for moldy cars so they can work inside safely. There's a possibility you can restore the carpet and use it again after a thorough cleaning and drying. I've had great results with a...

Mechanics: Tips and tricks you've learned

I was swapping a transmission alone with a series of floor jacks and had trouble lining it up to get the bolts threaded. I had a spare matching bolt and decided to cut off the head and then notched it to fit a big flathead screwdriver. Threaded that into the top bolt hole and BAM, cheap factory...

    Car covers?

A proper car cover? I prefer NOAH brand, great fitment and protection. But if this is for simply preventing some dust fallout, big sheets of 5-6mil plastic should be fine.

    The Everything 3D Printer Thread

I'll be unpacking my new resin printer tonight, Epax X1K. The purpose will be for designing prototypes for our custom jewelry. Traditionally, custom renderings were transferred to a wax model but with 3d printing the process is more streamlined and the resin creates a more robust piece, old wax...

Lumber prices going up in your area!

The contractors in the NYC area purchased all the lumber to board up storefronts during last years' riots and to build all these outdoor eating areas. Prices went up accordingly.

    WiFi Extenders

I would also recommend a mesh network. We use the TP-Link Deco system, easy to setup and has been very reliable.

Before all the covid lockdowns, The Paramount was one of my favorite venues. Spent a lot of time in your area. Unfortunately, no side entrance door. I already need more outlets lol For sure times have changed for the better, bigger toys need bigger space.
