    It looks like a fairly common vinyl trim seal. I do notice if I push from the outside, the doors are both pretty tight and do not give near the top and bottom, but they both have some play in the middle (as pictured here).

    It's a new construction house that's a little over 1 year old. I did reinforce the seals with some nails recently as the builder used some finishing / brad-style nails instead of nailing thru the fabbed holes in the trim and it was a bit loose in spots. Seals themselves seem pretty pliable...

This house came with Clopay T52S doors which have 1 5/16" polystyrene built into the panels - only an R value of 6.3. Any suggestions on what I could do...

    I imagine something like an Inkbird ITC-308 would work? Can be controlled via wifi, set value goes below zero, differential can be set between 1-30*F

    That's probably the smart option. I have a 220/50A to the garage in the plans now (brew kettle, future-proofing on EV) but a subpanel might be optimal. Gas is just on the other side of the wall for the stove already but probably good to get a rough-in during the build. If I ponder going gas...
