A few questions re: Clopay T52S doors & efficiency

I got my Mr. Heater up and running in my 3-car garage, so getting back to looking at shoring up efficiency / air intrusion as best as I can. This house came with Clopay T52S doors which have 1 5/16" polystyrene built into the panels - only an R value of 6.3. Any suggestions on what I could do to help the panels out? Maybe some reflectix / double reflective pieces mounted so there's a 1" air gap from the surface of the panel?

Doors face NE - I notice a hearty N breeze will blow the door in a bit and can see light thru, etc. Attaching a couple pics of the double door at rest and me pushing on it to show the gap at rest. There's a couple adjustment points low on the door, and then nothing until almost the top of the track, and it seems to sit against the outer vinyl weatherstripping ok as is - not sure if it's worth adjusting the doors a bit further out? Maybe brush seal, or putting some foam on the inside of the door trim would help minimize any impact?

Thirdly, the panels have some gaps that draft a bit. They vary in width thru the length of the panels that have them - generally the gap is smaller by the edges of the panels and larger in the middle. What's best to help seal these - some thin foam strips?

Thanks for any help!

I would concentrate on that first. Is the outside seal fairly new ? They get hard after a few years and need to be replaced. Its an easy job and they have it at Home Depot. I always push the seal fairly hard against the door before I nail it in place.

It's a new construction house that's a little over 1 year old. I did reinforce the seals with some nails recently as the builder used some finishing / brad-style nails instead of nailing thru the fabbed holes in the trim and it was a bit loose in spots. Seals themselves seem pretty pliable still, so at least in terms of material wear probably good there?

What kind of seal is on the outside ? I have a similar door but not Clopay and it is sealed up pretty good but it is also on the South side of the house.

It looks like a fairly common vinyl trim seal. I do notice if I push from the outside, the doors are both pretty tight and do not give near the top and bottom, but they both have some play in the middle (as pictured here).
