    USA Made Williams Ratcheting wrenches?

Ah you're right, it is the 1st gen box end not 2nd. That does make a big difference. Makes me wonder if they're old stock or still in production. Regarding why not Taiwan?, I think Taiwan made ratchets can be very very good, I just like USA made stuff.

    USA Made Williams Ratcheting wrenches?

Looks like Williams makes a USA made reversible ratcheting wrench set. Seems identical other than the open end to the snapon wrenches. https://www.williams-industrial.com/us_en/reversible-ratcheting-combination-wrenches--7-piece-set-pb_ws-1170rcu.html I've been digging around for USA made...

    Koken Z-series 3/8" Drive 8-pc Socket Set $44

I bought a set, I wish the deep sockets and impact sockets were as well discounted as these. I can't complain though. I may also grab the 1/4 ones at $52.

Turns out it's made out of plastic too. I'm sure it would work fine for lighter stuff. It's only $45.

    Channelock vs Ullman picks

It does matter to me considering the price point. I do believe Ullman is incorrectly labeled as made in china though. Ive noticed Amazon is really bad about labeling COO incorrectly. Other websites still list them as made in USA.

    Channelock vs Ullman picks

Does anyone have any experience on which one is better? They're about the same price on Amazon and both seem solid. Mainly will be used for removing orings on dirt bikes and cars. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00RMR1X82/?tag=atomicindus08-20...

    Wrightgrip 2.0 finish grind issues

Alright, I've taken my SAE mix o wrenches that I inherited from my father. No idea why there's so many brands lol but it will be a useful reference to see how common this is. I've ranked the finish symmetry in the open ends of all the wrenches. These wright grips are definitely worse than any of...

    Wrightgrip 2.0 finish grind issues

You are correct that is what I'm referring to. All of the wrenches have wide variation on the edge of the opening. Looks to me that they have someone inexperienced doing this manual operation. I agree it shouldnt have any effect on functionality as it doesn't encroach beyond the tapered...

    Wrightgrip 2.0 finish grind issues

I agree with you. Problem is most workers don't have have the attention to detail like they used to. It makes a stronger case for my job at work to automate or reduce touch labor even in aircraft assembly. Anytime there's a manual operation there's risk.
