Haha they already came and got me! The owners prior didnt have permits for the finished basement, so we took over the house "as is" put all the permits in our name and began the long drawn out very expensive process! Yay NJ...

They all have expensive taste! But i think she made the right call on that one. Enjoy it!

It been a long road! Places like this in NJ are next to impossible to find! Place was a empty shell when grabbed it, now the battle of paying taxes to keep it continues ;)

These guys did a fantastic job and gave the best price! Bulldog painting in NJ. They flooded the flakes 2x cause i wanted it extra smooth and did a final top coat with satin finish! Don't hesitate to use these guys, showed up on time worked cleanly and got it done!

Cut and welded up some old shelving to make a railing for my loft stairs.

I used these 4x8 sheets of OSB with foam board already attached and it works amazing!!! Hunter panels / HUNTER XCI i think they are a bit pricey but i bought 110 sheets from a contractor that had them left over from a jobsite!
