Metal today...I think this is the six week mark today. We should have a dry spot tonight? Finish this week if the rain will stop for a day or two. Oh my Wife bought me a goodie for the shop to stack cars!

The property line is 6’ away from the building. The ugly house is like 18” to 24” away from the line. I’d love to buy that place and just clean off the 2.5 acres. Now if I wanna really be a butthead I’ll mount my compressor right by that window, ha. JK Bob

We washed , etched and put down 4gallons of Rustomleum epoxy. Looks good but thin and trashy. Gonna wait until they are done then put down 2 more gallons, flake and then 3 gallons of clear epoxy. No idea how long the next step takes , communication is not paramount on this project. Guess I need...

The RV spot gets a curb to hold the rock in place and prevent erosion. The 40’ carport has to wait until the pour to get the concrete truck in place. Plastic down , rebar in , 10” deep where the 4 post lift goes 6” every where else. Ready to see the pad!

Today is concrete, finally finishing framing and walk through door,boxing windows. Today will be s big day and a 17k day to be exact. That’s the halfway payment. So did you sign your concrete? I think I wanna Homer Simpson in the concrete! Bob

Got most of it framed, concrete on Friday. Did get a big storm hoping everything dries out. BB

Framing crew got rained out on another job. Maybe we finish framing today? Rain on the way! Oh need more dirt ! 60 yards this time. Making progress is good, they get a half way payment soon.
