I ordered these honeycomb lights from alibaba. The arrays will be 20’ x 11’ in the right bay and 24’ x 11’ in the left bay. Who knows if they’ll work out but if not, my electrician is going to install a number of recessed lights instead. The lights are like legos that come in ~1’ light units...

Prepping for concrete this week. The two pads will have 8” of concrete for the lift. The rest will be 4”.

It’s been a long time since I posted, but the framing is finally underway. I plan on getting a BendPak GP-7 lift so we ended up raising the ceiling height to 13’. It feels huge standing in there. The neighbors are now calling it the Garage Mahal
