How long does it take before I can add pictures? I just had a reply where it actually appeared in the body of the message, but then wouldn't actually send the reply. This is frustrating. . . .

I also tried changing my avatar to a picture of the tools and that doesn't even work. Why would I not be able to add pictures, seems weird to me.
