Thank you for suggestions. I was able to find the app by the manufacturer and programmed it on my iPhone. Now I can control each unit independently without IR issues. The manual nor their tech team mentioned anything about their app, lol.- nezi

Yes it’s IR. The signal seems to bounce off the walls and reaches the other unit still. The room is 23’ x 15’- nezi
