The inflator is probably my favorite Milwaukee tool. If they had an M18 version, I buy that one, too, but the M12 has done everything I've needed it to do. If you have multiple cars, trailers, ATV's etc., this is a must have tool. Randy

I found some laminate floor on sale at Menards for something like $.59 sq/ft with free underlayment. I did the whole attic room (apprx 16x30) for about $400 with the trim. Went together fast and is holding up great even with the kid practicing hockey up there. :lol: Good luck. Randy

My builder required a wrap or poly if I was to use spray foam for insulation. They said if the spray foam is on the metal it will void the rust warranty due to possibly trapping moisture. Randy

My building supplier said that the spray foam will void the metal warranty unless I used tyvek or poly between the foam and metal. I guess it may trap moisture and may rust according to the metal manufacturer. I wish I knew that before the metal was put on as I would have done the house wrap...

Two Advantage lifts here. One double wide and one single. You need to at least do some research and compare the different lifts and what makes each one unique. Don't shop on price alone. No air needed on mine and I can put my small enclosed trailer under the double lift. I think it is 82"...
