Ive got some old Japanese rings like the #20 style ,......no particular use to me over convntionals..........In fact the old Dowidats were all that style ,and have a tendency to twist the end if much force is applied

Stahlwille used to claim that the rings were made as thin as it was possible to make them ,and the tools were hyper expensive .......... One of the agencies here sent me 1990s Stahlwille catalogs ,with pricing like $600 for a set of 8 combis.
