yeah :-( ... I ordered the Williams ones off Amazon and will compare to the Craftsman ones I've had. Ideally the Williams would become my go-to and use the Craftsman just when busting stuck fasters. ...One nice thing about the open ends its easy to put another wrench on for extra leverage.
