I got home and cleaned things up a bit, scratched the paint off on the far rt side. Tag shows it's a Monarch 9"&11" quick change. It's stamped INSPECTED BY CARL CLARK. There's a K 385 next to the inspector. I'm still not sure what model it is.

A good friend of mine said it looks like a Barnes. It appears to function properly but I only had time to unload it and leave for Christmas. I'd really like to know what it is and find some literature on it. Thanks, John
