Yes, I think those numbers are correct. See generator specs picture. the loads would be in the house. I was hoping I could use the power wire that goes to the shop as the feeder cable to the transfer switch in the house. Maybe I am dreaming.

So you are saying to run straight water? I was talking to a local guy, who is running straight water in his system. Never had a problem.

thanks 787b. I think you see my point on this simple system. I don't think boiling point is even an issue, the owner said the output side of the boiler never gets too hot to grab with your hand.

The PVC is not pressurized. There is a small 1/4" hole in the top. and the lid is not screwed on tight.
