Hi, I started this journey back in 2008 with my PA garage thread. After 18 years of marriage gone wrong and over $100k fighting for custody of my son I was able to start the garage project in my new home. I do miss having the extra room that I had in the last garage but the new one is evolving...

I added two shelfs over the garage door. I must have 20 black crates so I wanted to use them. The shelf boards need to be extended but you get the idea. I love finding wasted space!

How do you know what door opener to use? :lol_hitti

The project looks good so far. You will find the garage will always be a work in progress. Every time I think I'm done life puts a wrench into things.

Well another update. Due to a basement project I have to move my small wood shop into the garage. This is hard to do and still keep the layout close to the first makeover. Plus like most of us I have to keep the cost low. Picked up a few more gear tracks and hooks. Still need to add more lights...
