    looks like you're right its a 14mm shaft 1 1/4, 1 3/4, 2 1/4, then 2 5/8" for the steps.

    hm. lemme go disassemble and measure! :) Theres a tensioner adjustment so im not AS worried about it matching belt length at all steps... i can loosen or tighten around that within an inch or so margin.

    also, I said initially 'drive pulley' when i believe i mean 'motor pulley'... the one im missing is the one that mounts on the motor shaft...

    thanks for looking i saw that spindle pulley on ebay. I just put a caliper on the drive shaft and it reads .55" so the 1/2 or 5/8" stuff from mcmaster-carr probably wouldnt quite work... https://www.mcmaster.com/drive-pulleys

    I was gifted a Ryobi DP120 last week. The motor pulley was removed and replaced with a very small pulley. they also screwed a larger aluminum pulley onto the idler pulley and ran it all with a longer belt so they could seriously underdrive the whole thing for a specific industrial application...
