I was gifted a Ryobi DP120 last week.

The motor pulley was removed and replaced with a very small pulley. they also screwed a larger aluminum pulley onto the idler pulley and ran it all with a longer belt so they could seriously underdrive the whole thing for a specific industrial application. It turns seriously slow. Otherwise its a like-new drill press that I'd love to make better use of. These pulleys are discontinued and out of stock and i cant find one anywhere. ive played around with what I have and its usable but im pretty limited to some very low RPM ranges...

Anyone know of a cache of this stuff or anywhere that might have them on the shelf? Or of a suitable replacement?

The part im after is partnumber 13405005A

thanks in advance! :)

looks like the spindle pulley is available on ereplacementparts.com .
the motor & drive pulley appear to be step pulleys.
what are the shaft sizes? you can probably find some universal step pulleys that would work

hm. lemme go disassemble and measure! :)

Theres a tensioner adjustment so im not AS worried about it matching belt length at all steps... i can loosen or tighten around that within an inch or so margin.

looks like you're right its a 14mm shaft
1 1/4, 1 3/4, 2 1/4, then 2 5/8" for the steps.

thats exactly it and they are actually local to me!

I called and left them a voice message yesterday.

My guess is they uploaded an entire online parts catalog to their website to dropship, and havent updated it as stuff has been made unavailable... im not too hopeful they actually have it in stock on the shelf but i will try again tomorrow to see if i can reach them to confirm availability.
