What I have planed to help with rigidity is something along those lines from the fenders going down on each side. I predict it'll be overbuilt like most stuff I build but it will last... until I come up with a better idea and build something else :D

Most likely, i'm no good ad taking pics or documenting, i'll try. Torflex axles ride much smoother, like independent suspension instead of a solid axle.

I doubt I will ever have more than 3000lbs on there, I just happen pick up those axles from a totaled enclosed trailer(rear ended, axles are fine) that I got for very cheap. So I'm working with what I have for now. Plating it was the term I was looking for(English being my 2nd language...)...

I already have a 16X21 attached tot he house for the daily driver and a 8X12 shed for all the other stuff(lawnmower, snowblower, gardening stuff ect...). And I am limited by city to 492sq.ft for a secondary building hence the biggest I can go is what I mention up there.

I was originally "blocked" at under 400sq.ft but some extra funds came along the way and I can now go a little bigger. I plan on starting to dig in 1 month if mother nature cooperates. So it's either 16X30 or 20x24. Both will have a 10ft door with the 20ft having the service door in front also...

I'll be talking to my builder. I'm restricted to 400sq/ft due to bylaws in my area, hence the size limitation. Someone mentionned a 18X22... I did not think of that, I like it alot. I will check with my builder for this.
