Well I ran over my saw today............ yeah stupid. Anyway I'm in need of a handle assy and can't seem to find anything on the web. I also looked on E-bay for a worn out one - no luck. Any ideas?

Yes replace it free of charge....... but.... you dont get a new one - you get a reconditioned one, i.e. ratchet I brought back a snapped 3/8 breaker bar that was polished originally, I received a lousey looking bar that was not polished, had terrible detail and no hole at the end of the handle...

What works best for glueing hard plastics together? The hinges on my laptop PC are cracking the cover and I need to reinforce the area.

You might try putting paint thinner on the stain, then sprinkle a layer of cat litter on top of it. The litter will wick out the stain. Works for me.

Many of these sealant companies say that their product is easily washed off with just water. I'm really looking for what name brands of sealants have been used successfully by folks on the board. Fix-a-flat is not in this category. I'm looking for commercial grade products.

Update: A HVAC company did an inspection today: - system functions well - would operate even better with a larger return duct - $500. to install larger duct (not too bad) - Gas pack system is expandable so addition is possible - Insulation in crawl space is good Tony

Tman: You're right, this is actually a house we're looking at in SC. Our compromise might end up being - find another one. But this one has a lot of good points so I'd like to pursue all possibilities.

So let me try putting the brain power of the group to work........ To get to a suitable construction site on the property I'd have to get over these fields (perpendicular). Does anyone know of a way that would be acceptable? Piers? Bridging? I'm shooting in the dark here.:confused:
