I don't think covering the whole roof is necessary when you're finding drip spots here and there. Rubber roofs can be tricky and inspecting with good eyes is better than a quick scan with old ones. Any tree debris up there? Shoveling snow off recently? Or head inside and look at the ceiling...

Its definitely not a Cape. Kind of a dressed down Craftsman style.

Plywood, bead board, screwed and glued. A little poplar trim and some 'perfectly blue' from the paint store. Modeled after the old lockers and pole hole cabinets at the fire station.

Those 1x6's act as a ledger for the heavy cabinets. Plus they helped to get everything level and lined up with the studs, not to mention being my spare arm during the solo mounting adventure.

I'm trying for as much overhead space as possible. The garage is only 14 x 20 and has doors on each end. High lift would still track into the useable work space with a lift. 6/12 pitch won't give it a whole lot of space to run tracks.
