Floor looks great ! My question is why in one picture the floor is blue and in the others its t beige ? also is you heater sufficient for that size garage ?

They would fit in a large wheel barrel, i don't have any 55 gal drums. I was thinking maybe even a plastic tarp, mixing them good than transferring to 5 gal buckets once mixed ??

Do any of you guys have any advice on mixing different color chips together. I have 4 different colors at 55 lbs each, so i was thinking of 5 gal buckets ? Any tips on how to keep it consistent and even would be appreciated. Thanks

Im going with 220 lbs of 1/16 chips on 1100 square ft. Full broadcast. ill post pics when ready

That seems very slow. I have a 4000 psi washer . I wonder if that would speed things up.

What are the chances of tires "lifting" an epoxy coated floor if done correctly. Im talking new concrete, correct prep, 100% solid epoxy with almost full broadcast of chips. How long will it last ?

I was talking about control joints "cuts" The floor was poured 14 days ago and it is all ready framed and roofed. The foundation was done properly with 8" compacted gravel, rebar and mesh, 5 " thick floor. Just curious as to why he didnt feel necessary to cut. Just lazy? or not needed.

How important are they ? Ive just built a 30 by 40 garage and the mason feels they are not needed. Any opinions ? I live in ct

I was the painting contractor on that job and painted the garage before you did the floor. It did turn out very nice and surprise me how thick it was. The owner Mike was very happy with the results. Yes it seems expensive, but if someone is willing to pay for what looks to be a high quality job...
