OK so who sells or which is the best epoxy floor coating system on the market, regardless of price ? doing a close to full cover flake

That's like saying, "which car is the best on the market"?

However, there are only two epoxy resins: Bisphenol A and bispenol F. Bisphenol F is superior.

There are many curing agents (also called "hardeners"), but cycloaliphatics are probably the best curing agents.

If you go shopping for Bis-F epoxy, then you might as well look at a polyaspartic which is a different product, but may also suit your needs.

No "BEST" system can compensate for good concrete preparation

Being properly prepared to install is another. Make sure you have all the proper tools and man power to tackle your project.

Or hire the right pro who has many similar projects under his belt and that stands behind their work.

I will second what Fernando has said....
You should be asking, "who is the best applicator?"

and then look in the mirror and ask the fella looking back how well he does epoxy floor work.
