    This! OP, you are good. especially with agricultural zoning??? :wtf: I live in a development with lots about 1/4 acre and there are yards that look much worse than yours. Some people just have to have something to **** about.

    Thanks for all the garage door input. I'm gonna have to live with them as the house is now out of permitting and we'll have to leave it be. I'm pretty comfortable parking in tight spots. spent multiple summers hauling hay trailers into barns and stables. Plus moving customer and our own...

    Don't think so.. I think that's the benefit of 4 posts is they distribute the weight. Seems to be common practice to reinforce the concrete under a two post but, I'll defer to the experts. :headscrat :thumbup:
