This! OP, you are good. especially with agricultural zoning??? :wtf: I live in a development with lots about 1/4 acre and there are yards that look much worse than yours. Some people just have to have something to **** about.

Don't think so.. I think that's the benefit of 4 posts is they distribute the weight. Seems to be common practice to reinforce the concrete under a two post but, I'll defer to the experts. :headscrat :thumbup:

Ok so, I'm thinking I want to try and build a lean to shed myself.... I may ask the builder to move the AC compressor back a little to give me some more room but if I have to go as is... this is my idea for all the stuff I don't want cluttering up the garage. Maybe 6' to 7' tall? to fit under...
