Looks like you have more Gedore than anything else, is that your favorite brand? The Wera Joker looks good also........now that is some innovation that I could see worth updating to........as long as the open end extra grip/teeth don't harm plating on nuts and bolts (on collector/classic vehicles)

Found the ratchet/socket test, but it doesn't rate the Hazet or Snap-on very good, even in their interesting "without regarding to price" evaluation. Stahlwille and Balco are 1 and 2. It would be nice to see the same test run again with their newer fine tooth ratchets...

Since I REALLY like the Hazet double knurl sockets, I keep coming back to this thread. How does their fine tooth ratchets compare with the dual 80 tooth from Snap-On above? Have there been any magazine comparison tests on both?

Nice pics. I would say the differences are so minor between Snap and Hazat, that it doesn't matter. Sockets and Wrenches look nearly the same. Does one like Satin finish or Polished? What it comes down to is do you get a better price or better service on one or the other. I have seen pics...

Thanks. I was in France recently and I expected to see Facom everywhere, but a lot of specialty tool shops are selling Beta and Kraftwerk. Cheaper I guess.

How would you rate Kraftwerk compared to Facom, Beta or Snap-on? In the same league?

The case with tools pictured above is on sale for around 300 Euros. Not sure if they are the Kraftwerk tools which are made-in-Taiwan or not. I have not been able to find any other hand-held cases from other European tool manufacturers in such a low price range, so I guess they are not made in...
