So looking back I definitely ordered (and received) a carb for an HMS80 instead of the HM80. Whoops. I ordered another $12 one and hopefully they will let me return this one. Thanks for the help as always!

This one I think was a "HOOAI" I found on Amazon for $12.99. OEM carb I think was around $65. I also recently used a Hipa brand carb on a Husqvarna string trimmer and that was an exact replica for $18 or so.

Now that I think about it the kit came with a primer bulb. I didn't give it much thought and just wrote it off as a generic part. I'd that's the primer port, do I need to somehow plug it or should I just leave it as is?
