    Awesome job! I might do something similar on my 1st floor! I used 1/2 plywood on the bottom and 3/4 mdf as a top. Im going to take the advice and put Masonite on top of that

    This is where I was born and raised and I love the melting pot neighborhoods! We all know the Tri State area ain't but IMO you can beat the food, people, and atmosphere of the area. O btw $9000/yr really isn't that bad over hear!!!! Lol Thx for the compliment , I appreciate it!

    I know its definitely not a cape, at least in this area capes are usually only 1-1/2 stories. I havent done anything to the cement because Im redoing the retaining wall and im not sure what im doing with the steps yet. Thx for all the replies!! You see how many different opinions are out...
