Not necessarily, depends on the size, layout and lifting fixtures. I set an entire house and garage, including glue lams with nothing more than a JLG Telehandler. Granted our roof panels were 8'x~18' or 20' long I believe with splines to interlock.

Depending on the size, they can be assembled with only a telehandler. Fun part is the glue lam ridge beams with the fork but it is doable most times.

All of what he said and get two of the electric caulking guns - makes for quick work of joining panels. Hot knife is helpful too if having to make site cut joints or reliefs due to foundation tolerances.

Do these deals still show us as "Available" when searched on your local TS website? Just curious if it is worth looking for here as the items do not show as Available for pickup at the stores near me.

Isn't that anchor under tension when the vehicle is lifted?

This particular fitting has room for a clamping device. The instructions claim vise grip pliers will work or I figure a c-clamp could provide additional pressure if needed.

Has anyone used this tool with success before? Have a leak inside my RV that will require a new fitting be crimped on and would rather spend $20 vs $60 for something that will sit in the cabinet most of the time...

The weight of the can itself is not cut in half, it needs to be removed from the numbers before you divide. Do you know the weight of a single, completely empty can?

If the cans are all of uniform shape and weight you should be able to scale a full can and your half full can for each of the different tones and get what you are looking for. The key is knowing the "full can" weight, your "half full can" weight and the "empty can" weight for each respective...

Unfortunately it sounds like his garage is already poured and looking at new construction down the street for clues about his existing slab. As mentioned previously, the tension loads on the outer anchors are the big thing to worry about with a two post setup. First worry would be the anchors...

Which way did you have it oriented relative to the wrench; inline or at an angle (hopefully 90)? Inline- changes the applied torque vs. setting on wrench (generally longer moment arm, unless it is rotated between wrench square and the handle, making the lever shorter) 90deg angle- same torque...

Try modifying your thread settings to see more posts and only ~260 pages appear. They go more quickly this way, less clicking between pages. YMMV

Swivel sets are $20 also- wonder if they are worth it for occasional use
