I made mine out of c purlins. I welded the treads in place. I have the top laged and the bottom is welded to a angle that is bolted to the floor. I wanted to paint the steps with painted expoy. I just have not gotten to that yet. John

I used wedge anchors on mine. I don't know the size off the top of my head. 5/8 or 3/4? My cement is 6" thick with .5" r-bar and fiber in the cement. I bolted one side down then positioned the 2nd in place and drilled. It was not hard to install. John
