I would say the first and best thing to sort out would be to get the floor done, as this is the hardest thing to do once you have fully moved in. I went with tiles on the floor mainly dude to the fact I could do one half then move all the stuff over to do the other side. It has been down a year...

Well as way of an update, I can report this is a fantastic bit of kit, it is small enough to get into small spaces and strong enough to remove all most everything I have pointed it at. It has hardly been out of my hands while working in the garage. only 85lbft but has proved its worth :rocker:

HaHaHa I was waiting for some of you with keen eyes to spot this. The blue one did not reach to the rear of the engine where it needed to be lifted as there is quite a bit of car in front. But yes it was a tight fit between the car and the open garage door but a 2" clearance is 2" clear.
