You guys are a bad influence, I also picked up that set - seems like they're well-made and the case will be nice for carting them to the junkyard. Ought to work great with my cordless impact.

LOL, congrats. The set is well worth the regular price of 80 bucks. The set for 60 on sale is hard to pass up.

Yes, there's a tool buying illness on this site:willy_nil

No, it looks like Sunex to me. Stamped and etched is a Sunex thing.

I buy their solvent whenever it goes on sale for my shop at work (I teach high school Mechanics). Works fine, no complaints.

When I bought it the set came with two 7mm deep sockets instead of the 7 and 8 and I hadn't noticed until I went to use the 8mm so I boxed it back up but for got to add a couple extensions back in, took it back to PA and they gave me a new set no questions asked and got 2 free extensions lol

A while back I grabbed a 3.5 gal parts washer on sale for 59.99 thinking it was a great deal and thought id use it for my small engine repair... But here it sits BNIB so I think I'll return it, 70$ better spent on more tools

55 lb bags of Chinese "baking soda"* are on for $20 'til the end of the month (or whenever the current sale ends). Picked up a bag but I'm ascared of storing it anywhere near the house.

* May contain powdered milk, melamine, and/or other indeterminate compounds.

I don't get into PA too often but when I do I'm always hoping they are running this deal. I figure if we all pester them enough they'll run it again - 1/4, 3/8, and 1/2" socket racks in metric or sae for $12 ;)

If anyone sees this again please post it on GJ!

So they are on sale now eh. I'll have to take my MT boxes in and see if they'll price match. I want a couple more sets of each.

They do take up a lot of space, but if you've got room to burn IMO there's no quicker way of finding the size you're looking for. I've had mine for ages and have yet to come across a style of organizer that worked better for me.

I got this and another one just like it for $5 each today only. I'm not sure I'm even going to like them, but for $10 I can take a risk.

I'm going with the socket boss. The reviews are good and i like the twist lock.

I like the single racks, you can grab your whole set easily and take it to the job. The racks that CatSplat likes (Hansen type) are definitely better if you know the size you want. Currently I have mine on the Princess Auto Hansen types, bought last time they were on sale.
