Found an older little 2 oz Blue Point hammer today. Marked Kenosha, Wis. USA. Snapmom, any idea of the date for this?

I dug a little on collecting snap on and it appears to a be 1940s-1950s version. No real pics online just drawn catalog screen shot.It must be an early one, good find. My black octo handle is an F-40 I think.
My understanding is it was with a kit for a Rolls Royce airplane engine during WWII......but I do not know rhe valueThats an interesting stamp. May be part of a special tool kit
What was all in those kits?....how scarce ars they?Part of the Packard Merlin RR sets
That's pretty coolhere is mine, I need a few pcs to finish. some are hard to find.

They would need drive tools at least for the crows.I didn't know there were ratchets and sockets in the Packard/Rolls-Royce Merlin engine maintenance toolkits.
I spotted this ratcheting screwdriver at the flea this morning and asked the seller if he had the missing bit cover. He said that he didn’t and gave me the driver for free. I had an orange one at home that skipped in one direction so now I have a two tone one that works great. Since we are SF Giants fans the colors worked out perfectly.

Yes, most likely. Those were hard times for everyone as the depression started to take hold, and according to 'The Snap/on Story' (from the 1960 40th anniversary stockholder's meeting), Snap/on was no exception. I am guessing it was made in 1929, sat as NOS for two years, got stamped again in 1931, sat again, and got stamped again, and sold, finally, in 1933.Pretty sure that is a -9, Lugz. 1929.
