My question is what is it about guys and tools and girls and shoes?!?
I have 4 large toolboxes full, then tools other end of garage (too lazy to walk over) and another 3 sheds.
Wife says "I'll quit buying shoes when you quit buying tools!".

A Lambda probe removal wrench. I already have the socket but one of the probes on my old SUV sits in a hard to reach spot so I couldn't fit a ratchet onto it. This one released the probe in a heartbeat. I will probably use it once in a decade or so! [emoji1787]cf2859cd5798fcfd350ba3dbb3156c64.jpg

I picked up this inflator and 5VDC power source at HD for $79. I thought that it was a good deal considering the cost of buying the individual components separately.

Not much but most of it was on clearance. Everything was from Wal-Mart except for the picks which are from Amazon. The tape was $4, bar was $3 and the pliers were only $13. Some of the stuff was even cheaper than sticker.

Found on eBay, barely used and the seller was spot on. Looks like it was used once. It was missing the 3/16" adapter which I bought for $13.00. It had a low buy-it-now price of $195 but I offered $175.00 since the seller was a couple of counties away from me, figuring they'd decline my offer but nope-- they accepted it.

The Rigid cutter was mine.

Those are great we have 2 at work that get USED. That's newer than our newest one which is about 6 monthes old it has the newer head and blue. Our first one lasted 3 years of abuse before it started leaking fluid it still works but not always enough travel to do the flare in one shot. The quick connect fittings take a while to figure out how to do without getting the die stuck on the tubing.

A tool of sorts. I finally made the upgrade from my gas guzzling V10 Super Duty rust bucket.

Drove home in style in this 2015 F150 Lariat 3.5 Ecoboost.

I've never been in a vehicle with so many options. I love this thing!

A new Tekton 1/4" drive 13mm socket to replace the USACman that I somehow lost back in Dec. ( and will now surely find as I have bought a replacement). Since I lost it I've done a couple of things with smaller metric fasteners and been using 1\4" drive set and seems there is always one 13mm that i have to go get my 3/8" drive socket and ratchet or the socket and an adapter.

Porter Cable roofing nailer. Surfed eBay for a NOS "refurbished" one of the legacy model before they "updated" i.e. cheapened out to the C model. All of my nail guns, minus my framer, are PC.

Went to Walmart this past weekend and they had tons of Stanley stuff dirt cheap.
Picked up a 3/8 extending ratchet locking flex head. And like 4 packs of hex bit sockets love those things .

I picked up this 3 drawer China Craftsman tool box on clearance for $24. They were making room for the $60 Made in USA with Global Materials (China) versions. I just gave my old 1980s 2 drawer to my young son and couldn't pass up the extra portable storage for this price.

I also got a cheap set of chinesium long XZN sockets. I don't expect them to last long, but for the few times I may need them I hope they do the job.

These should hold up a bit betterf947834cf2e0767afc891d8e40570fc4.jpg

Just picked up a Jobsmart 3pc 90T ratchet set on clearance at TSC for $15. They are Apex and look identical to their Crescent ratchets. I figured. I couldn't go wrong for the price.

Got me a new shop stool. I didn't want the yellow Dewalt one. Menards has the same one made by JS Products also but for much cheaper. We don't have Menards on the west coast. Website said no shipping to CA but I tried ordering it anyway & it did ship.

Website listed them as black so I was expecting either the dark green or black. FedEx delivered it today surprisingly with no damage, picture on the box is the dark green but the one I got was grey. Fine by me! Even with shipping still came out cheaper than the Dewalt one. This thing is beefy, doubt my fat *** can break this one.

New Warren and Brown 1/2" torque wrench.
Absolutely the nicest tool I've used and fondled. It's thoroughly enjoyable.

For whatever reason I cannot keep track of my speed square or framing square. So I ordered some new ones.

Starrett framing square, and a pair of Swanson speed squares. Both of them came with little booklets on how to use them for various task. The speed squares were sold as a pair. All three are made in the USA. I’ve been trying really hard to only buy tools made in USA.

Of course 30 minutes after I ordered them I found one of my speed squares haha

Not exactly a tool, but I did get my custom made cover for my triple bank masters with two lockers. Fit and finish is amazing compared to the snap on covers.

I ordered these from a Ebay seller back in December, they came today from Japan. Engineer PZ-56 pliers. I've worked with them before, they are a quality tool, I wanted a pair for myself.

With all this talk of Ollie's having some Craftsman stuff, I drove over there and had a look. They did have a few Craftsman and Kobalt items. Some USA stuff. I only picked up these cutters though. I have 10 tons of Craftsman screwdrivers, I don't really need any more.

Probably not that great of a deal, but I had to come away with somethin'...

Got the Sunex 1/4" metric impact set to go along with my 1/2" set.
5c1kSZA.jpg

Love the Sunex sockets - my regular Sunex set is from them too. The three ratchets are only OK though - too easy to knock the ratchet into the other direction. Well-made other than that...
