This is a little gem I found years ago I thought I'd share with you all. Repair/service manuals for just about everything with an engine from cars, trucks to small engines. Snowblowers, chainsaws, mowers, tractors, cars, trucks, etc.

Go to http://search.ebscohost.com/

"Small Engine Repair Reference Center" has service manuals for just about anything you can think of.

"Auto Repair Reference Center" has service manuals for just about every vehicle.

Ack. The only two manuals I'm really looking for at the moment (Case W4 loader and '84 Alfa Spider... in English) aren't out there. But that didn't stop me from spending the last hour looking around and grabbing a few things which I think will come in handy some day. I did manage to find some info about my '68 Suzuki and McCullough chainsaw, for instance. So thanks a bunch for the resource, and may your day be not at all rainy or cold :).

Kinda cool.

I noticed these aren't factory service manuals per say like what I've seen in the past. Anything that i might be doing wrong or is this what everyone is seeing.

Cinco, your local Case dealer can get you a copy of the Case W4 manual.

My netbook, with linux, does...

Oh, mine loads now. Dumb mistake on my part. I didn't read the OP's full post with the password/login info. I just clicked on the link and it took me to what looked like a server provider's website, so I though the website wasn't working.

I am running a little HP Mini netbook with Ubuntu. What version of Linux are you using? These netbooks sure come alive when you wipe Windows off of them and up the RAM to 2 gigs.

Looks like a great site. I hope they have a manual for my Toro S-200 snowblower. They do.

You're welcome everyone :) Hoping some Karma finds it way back to me in the form of the Proto wrenches I'm seeking.

I used to work for Case dealership. I worked on many of those older loaders. If you have any questions or need info let me know. I could still get access to any info you need for a W4.

I've been using it for years. Then my local library stop supplying ebsco for automotive. So I've used numerous given id's. They will monitor the logins and all of a sudden cut off that user. Get what you need while you can. My library has most of Ebsco host but just the automotive reference section was dropped. Must be too expensive.

My library did the same thing. If anyone has EBSCO 2017 login info to share, it would be appreciated. I hear they have AutoMate now too.

Thank you for posting this!

Unfortunately, I just tried and got the following message:

"The username and password combination you entered does not exist. Please contact your institution for assistance. [Authentication Error Code 101]"

Does anyone have another User ID/Password?

These logins typically don't last long, but it works for now. It doesn't have a small engine repair section though :(

Americans are lucky with the amount of information available on makes and models in North America. Here in Europe a collection of data worth the name simply doesn't exist (Mitchell, alldata,..). Autodata *****.
If I want a decent wiring diagram for for instance a Citroen, the only option I'm left with is downloading the entire Citroen group factory information system from dodgy Russian websites..

Awesome, thanks OP!! Also, if you have a library card, a lot of local libraries have online access to Chilton Repair Manuals for a large plethora of cars.
