Consumer Reports requires a paid subscription to access all the product reviews.
But a public library has a subscription and allows access from anywhere:

Did you know you can access Consumer Reports online from your home computer? The Benbrook Public Library subscribes to the online as well as the print version of CR for you. To access it from any Internet computer, go to the CR website: www.consumerreports.com. Click on the “Sign In” tab in the upper lift of the page. All access to that repair section is gone, you aren't the only one that can't find it. Too bad because it was a useful resource.
