The shallow set went from 14mm to 4mm covering the entire spectrum.

Hi Speed.
I need to check on the hook and pick set. I feel the same way regarding the different style of pliers, dykes, etc.......the green handled stuff has made the less expensive ones irrelevant.
The air ratchets are a tough one because I use a couple of them and I like them, but I don't use them as much as a tire shop...and I was thinking of getting a couple for a tire shop locally to use for free. But if there was someone here who used air tools quite a bit, I would 100% consider sending them 2-3 examples for their use and then they could report back on what was liked and not liked....if the price was fair,......etc.
It is one of the ways I could get some feedback. The only restriction is that I would like to talk to them, in person, on the phone so I can get an idea of how they communicate and what they use now so I know a little bit about the person reporting back to me.
Tera...another lube that I use for my ratchets is I think the Park Tool 1000 lube from my bicycle stuff. Works great in a ratchet as well as my Bianchi bottom brackets!!!

I also received a card from Mike yesterday, wishing me happy holidays and thanking me for my business. I should be the one sending the card though, because his service, products and prices have been outstanding. I bought a long-handled 1/2" dr. ratchet that has undone a lot of stubborn steering and suspension fasteners at school. I don't use my old cm standard handle ratchet unless I have to now - I'm spoiled. Thanx, Mike!![]()
This is a super-tough economic climate but great quality at low price should survive.
