Wanted to give you guys a heads up and let you know the newish version of our website is up. Still might have a few small bugs, but please let us know everything you hate about it and how terrible it is here and I will take it under review.

When I click on "Show 100 items" and then look at something else my "show 100 items" choice doesn't transfer over to the new items, I have to click "show 100 items" again because it reverts back to the default "show 20 items". If I choose Show 100 items" I'd like it to apply to every thing I look at.

Just glad to see the site back online. No complaints or hating. Epstein's site is a little different, and that's one of the things I like about it.

Getting that option up and running requires USPS to call us back and answer a fairly technical question so......

If you want a cheaper USPS option just put it in the comments and we'll take care of it on our end.

They're having a small increase at the beginning of February. It's just around 3 to 4% though.

If you want a cheaper USPS option just put it in the comments and we'll take care of it on our end.

I didn't see the comments and PayPal completed the transaction before sending me back to your site. 000000034 If you can change it to a cheaper option, then I'll be pleased. If you can't or won't, then I'll still be pleasant and you won't have to see me cry into my pillow anyhow.

Well, I couldn’t check out last night, with about 10 items in my cart from the old website. I gave up, but will try again in a few minutes tonight. I also added a few items from the new site, so it was a combo of old and new, if that helps troubleshooting...

Did the site log you out? You have to stay logged in for items to remain in your cart.

It’s been awhile since I’ve been on the site but it seems like there is less options to filter down through the categories which makes finding things difficult. I’m specifically looking for left hand drill bits and really struggling because the search has way too many unrelated items in the results.

Do the Super Duper Pricing Club prices apply to all items at HJE, or only some? I am a long time customer of HJE, and a member here since 2012, but this is the first time I've heard of the GJ Epstein Super Duper Pricing Club. I guess I don't pay enough attention.

I've extended the pricing to most Channellock, Occidental and Stabila products, but expect in the next week or so for AMH, Condor, Lift, Diamondback, Kask, Nebo and Council Tool to be added to the list.

We're also going to start offering quantity discounts on a lot of our closeouts that will be available to everyone.
