One more thing, can you let me know how long this pipe insulating sleeve is? And the interior diameter it will accomodate?

I did a search for "Wright 1/2 ratchet" and it seemed like everything but that came up and like 3000+ items came up. Don't know if that helps, but I was able to find what I was looking for via searching by brand.

Still waiting for USPS shipping to place an order. I tried walking through the checkout process, and did not see any place to enter comments where I could request USPS. ??

Hey Jori, I put in an order this morning, but wasn't able to check out unless using PayPal. I could select a shipping address and method but when I clicked "next" it would hang (left it for several minutes and it never progressed).

Hey, thanks for all these comments. Still troubleshooting, but most of the bugs seem worked out.

I have noticed the search engine and product id's have changed. I used to type an sk part number and it would find it. Not anymore. Found I have to add sk to the part number. Also try searching for a drill bit set and see what shows in the results. Answer hint: no I am not looking for a nail set. It seems to find anything with any of the search terms, not a combination of the terms. Are others having the same problems?

Yes, I had those issues on day one of the new web-site, different search term, though. There definitely are many changes in usability.

I'm unable to view my orders. I sign in, go to "My Account", click on "My Orders" and all I get is a blank page with a few of my most recently ordered items listed on the lower left corner of the page.

I perused your site. Put a few things into the cart. It ask for me to log in. I did a password recovery and got the email and logged in.

This got me to losing the things I had put into the cart on this visit, but did end up with things in the cart that I had put in on the last visit but couldn't get it to work for a purchase when I was there last time.

I do want to do a purchase but cant get the old things out of the cart to add the "new" things I want to purchase.

Also would like to get the GJ preferred pricing.

Just came from the site. logged out then logged back in. Still has the stuff in the cart from way back. tried to delete things from cart and get a message box containing

Went back for more. Tried to add new item to cart. Doesn't go into cart even though the icon goes to added when clicked.
Then I tried to go to the cart but the page has the template but is blank. so I clicked the checkout. Also goes to the blank template.

Edit: Went back and was able to get the things out of the cart I didn't want, add the things I did want. But when I went to the part where I put in the name, address and pertinent info I click the next and the spinning balls appear and never stop. Been spinning like that for over an hour. so, no order this time either. But we are getting closer.

I was having trouble pulling up SK items. When I searched for "79212" "SK 79212" or "SK79212" It did not pull up the P4 screwdriver. Same combinations for the SK 17818 or 19798 would not work either. However "wright 414" works just fine. The Wright has the description "Wright Tool #414 1/2" Drive 11 Piece 6 Pt. Deep Socket Set", where as the SK's do not have the part number in the description.

Just Wanted to follow up on this thread. I had a shopping cart on the old website with several items in it. I could never check out of the new website. I finally had to remove all items from my cart and start over and the website works perfectly now.

I have had the same issues with new search function for SK items. It is a little frustrating but I am still buying all my SK items (and more) from HJE.
