Hello again 
After 7 years in the old shop, for a number of reasons it was time to build a new one "The upcycle shop". At the time I built my first shop the location seemed the best as I was building motorcycles so needed lots of space, over the years I finished building bikes and just focused on my vintage RC car hobby. A couple of things bugged me about the old shop, The low roof + Light locations as a result and the dark floor Moving forward to now and the new shop, 2 years ago we had our first child a Boy called Bailey He is just like me and loves being outside doing things so I decided the the old shop had to go so the area could be covered in fake grass and a cubby house and other play gear could be set up. Three years ago a good Neighbour moved as their kids had grown and moved so they needed to downside, Unfortunately we ended up with a nasty neighbour as a replacement So the new shop location ment cutting down some trees but would enable us to block them out as they are quite intrusive. Anyway I started the works to get the new shop done April 2 years ago :O This is because I started with a heap of concrete works around the house, I finally had the side path done and reduced the size of the deck and created a rear drive through the garage( It required me to back fill will 5 cubic meters of dirt. Then the trees came down and the new shop slab was poured I'll leave it there for a start but I am a fair way in to this build so will update quickly
