All prices are without shipping. Standardized USPS shipping costs are: $3, $5, $11 and $15 for First Class and the three flat rate boxes (small, medium & large, respectively). Delivery confirmation included in all shipments where it's offered. My zip is 18444 if you want to use some other method.
Let me know if you want the packaging or not. If not, I'll toss it if it won't fit or would increase shipping.
PayPal highly preferred, USPS (only!) money orders if you must. Local pickup may be possible. Gift option would be nice as it saves 3% on the fees but if you're not comfortable with that, that's cool too. If you do do the gift option, I need your address as paypal includes it on a purchase but not with a gift.
