1-1/2 **** Weld pipe fittings

Hey guys. Anyone have a wholesale source for these? I'm just looking for the black iron SCH 40's, not stainless. They're proving hard to find.

Found this place.... 90* is 1.01 each and the 45* are .57 cents each. Working on shipping now.

Yeah, my buddy wants to make one as well. I'll order 100 90*s and 100 45*s for 157 bucks + shipping.

Locally they want 5.60/ 90* and 3 bucks/ 45*

Hate to be the guy to pee on the parade. The cast manifolds despite looking clunky, are more durable. Thermo cycling will crack all of the welds eventually, which, you can probably reweld some number of times.

Something does not compute. Perhaps the exhaust gases are routed thru the bumper.

More durable, but they make enough turbulence inside them to down aircraft. I plan to tow heavy and want low EGT's. The head is getting ported too.
