1/2" DR. Torque Wrench

Thinking of buying an Armstrong brand. Feedback needed. Have had a Craftsman MicroTorque for the past 15 years and has been unreliable and now the plastic locking ring has cracked. I don't want to spend alot of money on something I might use 20-30 times a year but half way descent quality.
