I don't know, but I could have used one just like you are asking for several months ago. I searched but came up empty. Was wondering if anyone made anything like it at all, other than the Tite-reach. I was looking for 3/8 however.

Snap-on makes one STA35. It’s 3.5” center to center, the 6” you want im not sure. It’s definitely something you could make if need be.

Shoeless,

the same pattern SO is available in 3/8 and 1/4 drive.

What about the Kent Moore EN49191. 6" long. 1/2 Female x 3/8 male. Pretty easy to make something with some old sockets and parts though.

How about a serpentine belt adaptor?
This one from HF is 1/2 male and 3/8 female. 9".
