Ir235 Ti...love it and been abusing it for several years. had a aircat. Not bad, but I'm not as impressed with it as I am with my IR. Just my opinion. But I use this gun all day everyday.

I have an aircat 1150. Very powerful, I can pull semi truck nuts off with ease, and put some on a couple of weeks ago and checked the torque and the nuts didn't move (500 lb/ft). Axle nuts, etc no prob. Quiet too compared to the snapon ones at the shop. And good value for money

Stronger than a new Mac, and less than 150? Your parameters need some adjusting.

So I guess you're after bang for your buck. Look into Aircat.

I bought an AirCat when they first came out and I'm still running it 15yrs later and I'm happy

Roofing nailers....
You don't work on Kinze farm equipment do you?
Always read your user name as Kinze Mechanic.

Yeah, I work at shortline ag equipment dealership. Kinze is one of the lines we carry.

Nice catch on the nailers. I want nothing to do with carpentry, and tend to forget air power is used for things other than mechanical.

Yes it is a staked nut. It seems to be all the way Unstaked though. I went and bought 3/8" line and fittings today. Fired up the large Kellogg American compressor and still the MAC AW234 will nut budge it. I will have to look at a large 3/4" breaker bar I guess. I will be getting a Decent 1/2" gun this week. I talked the wife into spending a couple hundred bucks give or take. My MAC gun is only rated for like 300 Break away. I'm hoping a larger 900+ gun will do the trick. I am going to get a large bar or ratchet from a friend to try that. But a gun definitely this week.

Thanks again all.

I have a Snap an MG725 that I bought about about 6 years ago(very pricey) but its definitely worth it at this point. That gun is a beast and its lightweight as well. I have an IR 236 also. The 236 isn't a beast but its a great all around gun and I've been using it just about daily for 8 years without one issue yet. IR 231's are probably the best bang for the buck out there.
