looks like the catch is that its "1-speed" wich would make that drill verry difficult to use. The trigger is most likely ALL- or nothing making it feel like one of those cheep chinease toys we got when we were kids at magic mountain.

A bunch of the reviews claim it's vsr and not a single speed... :headscrat
If that's the case it's a good deal.

Thats what I cant figure out... it says 1 speed, but the reviews are saying VSR... so which one is it... lol

Someone on one of the reviews said they checked with the brick and mortar store and returns would be ok there instead of mailing it back. If it isn't what you wanted take it back.

vsr is variable speed with reverse, you can control the speed with the trigger, the one speed is the gear ratio it has a high speed gear ratio for drilling, there is no high torque setting for screws
