First, thanks for everyone's posts on this board, made things a lot easier for an epoxy noob. I finished epoxying half my basement (about 375 SqFt) with 3 gallons of norklad 200 solids epoxy, and preprimed with Devoe 167. It was barely enough so this time I got 4.5 gallons. I used a squeegee to spread it out and a 3/8 nap roller but was wondering if I used 1/2 if I could get a thicker coat this time. I want to use up all the epoxy in one shot. Or... would it be better to put down one coat with 3/8 and then a second coat with 1/4 nap? Thanks everyone.
