i have 3/4'' direct barial 3/4'' with risers on each end from meter by the house to back of my garage. lets call this 45'. from where it enters my garage on the inside i would like to have it branch into 2. one 'leg' for a future outdoor grill (60k btu). that part would be maximum of 8'.
question #1: should this be 1/2'' or 3/4'' black pipe? mind you that this will be a future project that i would just cap off for now where it branches off.
the other 'leg' will run about 10' up the wall to attic, jog over about 22' then back down 2' feet lets say to the mr heater (50k btu). lets call this 'leg' about 34'. the mr heater has 1/2'' fitting.
question #2: Should 'leg' #2 to the heater be 1/2'' or 3/4'' black pipe?
thanks guys!
