I currently do not have any good half inch drive ratchets.
Snap On and Matco would be nice but not in the budget.

I prefer ratchets with more teeth.
I would prefer if the COO was the USA but that is not mandatory.

Thinking a long or a flexible long.
Mainly going to be used for suspension stuff.

Wanting to stay below $75 unless just a little bit more really opens things up.

Don't know the current price but I'd say the Armstrong Maxx 17" locking flex head fits the criteria well.12-994 Part number.60 tooth mechanism but can be upgraded to 88.Or used Snap-On or Matco on ebay, etc.

That being said,I love my Snap On SL80 for general work when not using an impact wrench.Very smooth ratchet, little drag.I use it alot...

+2 on SO on eBay. I picked up a S936 for $50 shipped last week. Cleaned it and lubed it with Super Lube and it is a real nice ratchet.

My Dual 80 Long Flexhead 1/2 was pricey as a... a pleasure to use though! I liked it so much I replaced my 3/8 long flex head 32 tooth Snap-On with the exact one just dual 80 (sure is nice having my old snappy at home though after a fresh rebuild :) )

I think a wright ratchet would fit the bill they have 80 teeth and smooth as butter. And can be picked up for 40-50 dollars brand new.

Not USA, but excellent quality (my go to ratchet); a Gearwrench 84 tooth flex head. I have the set, and I almost don't touch any other ratchets.

I have the armstrong 10-994, 11-994, and 12-994 MAXX locking flex heads. they are wonderful. No regrets what so ever. The 1/2" drive 12-994 is a hoss...friggin stout. I could take that thing into battle
