Torque to yield usually twists and springs back when it bottoms out anyways. I think they just give you a ° number to make sure you don't grab a big a** breaker bar and turn the thing another 360°

I have a Precision Instruments WSC-250CA and a Snap On Tech Angle ATECH3FR250A. Out of the two I use the Precision Instruments the most. The only reason I bought the Tech Angle was because one, it was a screaming deal at 150 dollars for a almost brand new wrench (off the Cornwell truck) and two, I figured it would be easier and more accurate to torque turn with the wrench than painting a socket.

I guess while we are on it, anyone know who made this one? I have no idea. Just some random inspection with numbers that didn't yield anything. No other markings.

Looks like the one Harbor Freight sells, nevertheless - should work just fine..
